Love finds you in the most unexpected places.

Carter Hausemann loves his adventures in the great outdoors. After a childhood spent locked indoors, he craves the sunlight on his face and the blanket of moonlight.

Vegas Hustle by Ethan Stone

A business trip to Las Vegas becomes a life or death situation for a comic book fan.

Comic book geek Adam Brand is young, good-looking and wealthy. While in Vegas with his friend Dean to finalize a real estate deal, he throws caution to the wind and hires a professional hustler.

Mountains to Climb by T.A. Chase

Sometimes the past can be the biggest mountain to climb.

Toby Schwartzel has never forgotten Jensen Brockhoff, the man he loved and the one who disappeared six years ago. He thinks he’s moved on, but he needs to think again.

Size Matters by Sean Michael

Trey is a natural submissive, but no one wants to take on a blind man. When Trey and Lucien hit it off, it could be the answer to Trey’s prayers.

Picturing Lysander by L.M. Somerton

Photography, like love, should have no limits.

Lysander Brock is a talented photographer and capturing the perfect picture is his passion. His work takes him all over the world and he is famous for his willingness to take risks for the perfect image.

Rockin’ the Alternative by Morticia Knight

The chance of a lifetime and the touch of a rock god are offered to music journalist Bryan Gallagher on the same day. Embracing one is easy, but resisting the other is harder than he’d anticipated—especially since Bryan has never been with a man.

My View:

This bundle is a group of short stories linked by the theme of passion. In each story, one MC is focused on his passion in life and that leads to finding or reuniting with the other MC. The passions range from hiking and rock climbing to comic books and rock stars. Each story was unique in its own right and well written. I enjoyed reading these tales.

Unexpected Places by Bailey Bradford

This is a quick story of two men who meet during a threesome. Throw in a creepy coworker and some insecurities, and they part. They meet again later on a hike and rekindle the instant attraction. There was just enough character and relationship development to be interesting and make the HFN promising. Both of these men are open to having a third in their relationship. Is this the start of another story where they find their third? I would read more about these men.

Vegas Hustle by Ethan Stone

This story was a bit unrealistic. I mean, who doesn’t even freak out when their BFF is murdered right in front of them? Or what father just calmly accepts that his son is being framed for said murder? It was just a bit too unbelievable for me. However, if you look past the fact that it isn’t real life, the story is very well done and entertaining. Just be prepared to suspend reality while you enjoy.

Mountains to Climb by T.A. Chase

This is the story of two old lovers reunited after years of being apart. Jensen reappears and tries to talk to Toby about why he vanished so suddenly 6 years earlier. This is a very sad tale of misunderstanding and hardships. There were a few times when I thought the author was going to just forgo the middle of the story and just end up with the HEA. But she backtracked and included the soul searching needed to make this story more fulfilling. It ended with a HFN with the promise of a HEA in the future. This was another enjoyable read.

Size Matters by Sean Michael

This is a very sexual story about the beginning of a D/s relationship. It happens very fast but it HOT and sweet at the same time. It was a good read and implies a HEA. The blurb is very misleading. There is nothing in the story about Trey not being able to find anyone to take him on as a submissive. There was very little time given to the concept of Trey having interests in BDSM. It was just barely implied and the story moved on past it.

Picturing Lysander by L.M. Somerton

This was another very sexual tale. It was HOT and full of power struggles. It was basically the start to something bigger. The author did not try to force a HEA or even a HFN in such a short story. She introduces the men, the attraction, and the basic plot and then leaves it to be finished later. Or at least I hope it will be finished later. It was a good start to something that promises to be enjoyable.

Rockin’ the Alternative by Morticia Knight

This was a strange story for me. It was a GFY with Bryan discovering he is attracted to his rock idle for more than just his music. But it happened really fast. Bryan went from being straight to being in a relationship with a Aubrey in one night. It was well written, but there was just something missing for me.
