Topic: Five Most Listened to Bands

I asked each of our reviewers to tell me what music groups they listened to most often. Not everyone is into the same kind of music, but surely there are some music groups, musicians or bands that come to mind when thinking of your go-to list of favorites.

  1. I’ve been having that OMG moment when you read lists and say Doh! Why didn’t I include them…like The Cure, Death Cab for Cutie and Bastille but I made a big mistake missing out my fave band of nearly all time JOY DIVISION / NEW ORDER ….

  2. I love music and have about 1000 songs in my player, I don’t have favourite bands/artists but pick stuff that matches my mood.
But, I have favourite musicals, so here’s my top 5

    Chess
Phantom of the Opera (NOT THE MOVIE)
    Jesus Christ Superstar
    Starlight Express (both versions)
    Cats
And just because I like to cheat 😉

Les Miserable (also NOT the movie)

  3. I like the variety in the list everyone mentioned. Here’s mine:
    The Killers
    Arctic Monkeys
    The Cure
    Augustana
    My Chemical Romance

  4. I noticed that Josie says “mainly country”, and Meatloaf is on the list. I used to listen to Meatloaf a wayyyy long time ago. Is he still around? Is he country now? Just curious since I rarely have a chance to listen to the radio, and when I do it’s “classic rock” , so I’m way out of the loop.
