When you love someone so greatly, you are willing to sacrifice all.
Malach couldn’t believe that the gods would grant him a second chance, but they had when he rescued Sascha from the hands of a pack aligned with hellhounds. Now, Malach will do everything to help and heal his Delta, even if it means making the greatest sacrifice of all.
Being a Delta and abused all his life, Sascha has little trust in shifters. Now living in Moon Compound and with a mate, he must first learn to trust and then tell his mate they can never be together. For to be with a Delta is to be with the dammed.
These stories are bite size and each story focuses on a new pair of wolves. The stories revolve around Moon Compound, a safe haven for shifters to learn the shifting process and more often than not the place where mates are found.
Sascha and Cass are twins, Delta and Beta, and along with a third brother Alex who is an Alpha they all look out for each other. Deltas are considered the lowest of the low with no shifting abilities and unable to mate due to their blood being poisonous to other wolves. Cass and Sascha do everything together including witnessing the cover up of a murder by the Alphas son. Cass bargains for Sashca’s life but there is deceit everywhere and things don’t work out as planned.
Whilst Cass is sent off to spy at Moon Compound Sascha is held by the pack and a group of hellhounds and systematically tortured and abused. When a rescue party finally reaches him he is extremely close to death, his body ravaged and starved, much to the dismay of Malach who is a guard in the rescue party and also his mate.
Sascha is taken back to Moon Compound to recover from his injuries and finds his twin Cass has been imprisoned there for crimes he committed under duress. He feels both elated and defeated at finding his mate as he knows they can never fulfil the mating ritual due to his poisonous blood.
Malach has been through some of the torture he has just rescued his mate from and knows firsthand how terrible a time he has had. The mating pull he feels towards Sascha is strong but he can feel his mate’s sadness at not being able to completely mate with him. When giving Sascha some of his blood to try and draw his wolf out doesn’t work Malach takes drastic and irreversible steps to show his mate just how much he means to him.
Just as Sascha is beginning to feel settled the Elders decide it is time to find his brother Alex and the missing incubus Eth but the hellhounds are gathering in larger numbers and no new mission is going to be easy.
