Title: Fall on Your Knees (Rated: XXXMas Anthology)
Author: Lisa Henry & J.A. Rock
Publisher: Loose Id
Cover Artist: Syneca Featherstone
Genre/Sub-Genre: BDSM, Contemporary, M/M Romance, Winter Holiday

Blurb:

Asa and his longtime partner, Javier, are looking forward to a cozy, kinky Christmas together. But when Asa discovers his coworker Drew has nowhere to go for the holidays, he invites Drew home for dinner. His motives aren’t entirely pure: Asa and Javier are both dominant, and occasionally arrange one night stands with submissives. Asa’s been hot for Drew for months, even though he has no proof Drew is kinky.

Drew has wanted Asa since the day they met. Drew could never come between Asa and his partner, but it doesn’t stop him from fantasizing about belonging to Asa. About letting Asa do filthy, painful, incredible things to him. He accepts Asa’s dinner invitation reluctantly, not eager to witness Asa and Javier’s domestic bliss firsthand.

When Javier discovers Drew’s profile on a BDSM site shortly before Drew’s arrival, the game changes. A bold proposition leads to Asa and Jav sharing a night of play and passion with a dinner guest who’s nowhere near as innocent as he looks. But as their not-so-silent night progresses, all three find themselves on shaky ground. Can they keep this no strings attached? Or is there a way for each man to get what he really wants for Christmas?

Hi, we’re Lisa Henry and J.A. Rock, and we’re riding our magical smut sleigh around the Internet to pimp our holiday release. It’s a kinky m/m/m ménage novella called FALL ON YOUR KNEES, and it’s part of Loose Id’s RATED: XXXMAS ANTHOLOGY, which also features SHEPHERD, WISE MAN, AND THE LITTLE DRUMMER BOY by E.F. Mulder.

However Kinky It Gets:

Look, we’re not going to say our latest release FALL ON YOUR KNEES, part of the RATED: XXXMAS anthology, ruined Christmas. We’ll accept that maybe we ruined gingerbread, just a tiny bit, but Christmas? It’s take more than a total kinkfest and a few inventive pervertables to ruin Christmas.

FALL ON YOUR KNEES is very much a non-traditional Christmas story. But really, what is a traditional Christmas anyway? Does it have to involve rosy-cheeked children gathered around a Christmas tree looking cherubic, while outside the snow gently falls?

Because we’re going to call bullshit on that.

Here’s a glimpse of what our Christmases look like:

Lisa will be going to work and spending half the day with her co-workers, and then the rest with family. Christmas day will either be stinking hot, or pouring down monsoonal rain. Bonus points for a cyclone forming off the coast.

J.A. will spend Christmas in West Virginia, visiting family and eating squirrel gravy. Okay, no squirrel gravy. But rowdy card games for sure. She’s gonna go ahead and call it that Grandpa, instead of concentrating on strategy during Oklahoma Gin, will sing Kenny Rogers songs. That there will be numerous vegetarian jokes made at her expense. And that she and her brother will geek the hell out at the new Hobbit movie.

Christmas is what we make it, whether we chose to spend it with family, or friends, or both. And there’s a real element of that in FALL ON YOUR KNEES. We have three men, two in an established relationship, opening their home to a third over Christmas. And maybe we see a few Christmas traditions in the making here: Javier’s fresh-baked gingerbread, playing with the toy train at the bottom of the tree, and enjoying candy canes together…

Wow. That sounds almost innocent, doesn’t it? After all, Asa and Javier are just reaching out the hand of friendship to someone who would otherwise be alone. That’s true to the spirit of the season, right? And if they also happen to want to fuck Drew senseless, well, that’s just a happy coincidence. A happy coincidence for everyone involved, since it turns out Drew loves the idea as well…

FALL ON YOUR KNEES might not be a traditional Christmas story—in many ways it’s not even a traditional Christmas romance—but it’s still about reaching out to other people, and making them feel welcome. However kinky it gets.

Spoiler alert – it gets totally kinky.

About the Author:

Lisa Henry likes to tell stories, mostly with hot guys and happily ever afters. Lisa lives in tropical North Queensland, Australia. She doesn’t know why, because she hates the heat, but she suspects she’s too lazy to move. She spends half her time slaving away as a government minion, and the other half plotting her escape. She attended university at sixteen, not because she was a child prodigy or anything, but because of a mix-up between international school systems early in life. She studied history and English, neither of them very thoroughly. She shares her house with too many cats, a dog, a green tree frog that swims in the toilet, and as many possums as can break in every night. This is not how she imagined life as a grown-up.

J.A. Rock has worked as a dog groomer, knife seller, haunted house zombie, standardized patient, census taker, state fair quilt hanger, and, for one less-than-magical evening, a server—and would much rather be writing about those jobs than doing them. J.A. currently lives in Chicago but still sees West Virginia behind Illinois’s back.
