Join us as L Dean Pace-Frech goes Outside the Margins.
OMG…we have had so much going on since the summer, but we are finally moved and settled in to our new home. Our halls are decked, most of the Christmas shopping is done (we will be finishing later today), and now we are just counting down the week and a half or so until Christmas Eve.
Our new house as two beautiful windows that let in lots of light to our main living area. It’s a big change from our old place that we are really enjoying. At the old house, we had one small window that faced north that barely let any light into the living area. In the morning, I used to walk through “cave,” as we called it, without worrying about the curtains being open or not. But now, if I don’t get the blinds open before the sun comes up, I feel cheated by not letting the light shine in, like I’m losing out on the sun. It’s a great new routine to have.
As we wind down the year and get ready to celebrate with family and friends, it’s a great time to think about new routines and plans for the New Year. What should we accomplish? What is possible? The sky’s really the limit.
Thanks for stopping by and checking out my monthly post. I’d love to hear about your favorite Christmas traditions or your plans for the New Year!
