Five Thing Friday ~ New Year’s Resolutions

PBA_Five_Thing_Friday

Each Friday, here at Prism we will be tackling a very important topic… of sorts.  Five Thing Friday…  The topic will change each week, so be sure to check back.  We encourage you to comment with your own Five Things!

Topic: New Year’s Resolutions

We asked each of our reviewers to tell us about What are 5 New Year’s Resolutions you want to make for 2015?

Ameliah

I am going to get on a schedule so I do not constantly feel overwhelmed
I am going to exercise more hopefully working up to daily
I will continue to work on my fear of leaving my house
I will set aside some time each week to work on writing my own stories
I will try to keep these resolutions going past the first week

Beverley

Finish writing and release the sequel to Soul Mate For Sin 😉
Improve my general fitness level :O
Help my daughter find happiness
Help my Hubby fulfil his dreams
Do my part to further respect and tolerance in the world

Brittany

Stop procrastinating.
Eat more veggies!
Stop apologizing for things that I have no control over.
Spend less time online.
Go back to school.

Feliz

The first of my new year’s resolutions is the most mundane of all, to stop smoking. Not an easy goal after twenty plus years, but definitely necessary !
Other than that, I promised myself to have at least one book (two if I’m lucky) ready for submitting to a publisher, to sleep more, to spend more time training my dogs (instead of just cuddling them), and that 2015 will be the year when I FINALLY learn to think before saying something stupid I end up losing sleep over (see resolution #3) . Happy New Year to everyone!

Paisley

Get through my huge list of TBR books and finish my reviews that are pending.
Try to exercise daily.
Do something kind every day.
Get my house de-cluttered.
Write something just for fun once a month.

PizzyGirl

My resolution for 2015 was not to make resolutions because I never follow through on them anyways…..

So what are your Five Things???

About BrandilynRC

Brandilyn is a middle-aged (When the hell did that happen?) stay-at-home mom to 3 beautiful children (of course she is biased). She started reading M/M Romance and Gay fiction in early 2012 and was quickly hooked. In her first 18 months as a M/M Romance fan, she read over 900 titles in the genre (not counting re-reads), ranging from shorts to epic novels. She reads across all tropes within the Gay Fiction genre…. except Regency, she has never found a love for Regency. A native Texan she finds Texas to the be almost perfect… except for one thing, their treatment of the GLBTQ community. This blog is her brain child and she is happy to welcome some fellow GLBTQ supporters to review here and help promote equality (oh and of course fangirl/fanboy over their favorite authors and works).
