Faith ran away from husband and home, desperate to find relief for the burning need that consumed her nether parts, but she couldn’t find it. Not until the appearance of the mysterious woman whose strength rivaled any man’s and whose hands finally quenched Faith’s fires. When the burning returned, Faith knew she would pay any price to be allowed to stay by the woman’s side — even her soul.

This is a hard review for me to write. I didn’t like this story, at all. There was nothing wrong with it from a technical point of view, I think the author did a fine job that way, but I was not impressed by the story. I found the tale bland and was unable to form any type of emotional attachment to any of the characters. In MY opinion, it was unmoving, just nothing for me to care about.
I thought it was a lesbian short but inspite of the lesbian sex it really wasn’t…. Turns out it was not my usual type of read or subject matter that care for so I am not sure how others will feel about the story. I admit, I’m fussy but I feel I have been misled by the blurb and the book should have been more closely labeled.
I would like to thank the publisher for providing me with the eARC of this title in exchange for my honest opinion.
