Blurb:

Date night has never been hotter! Shannon and Gray are beginning to think they’ll never get “alone time” again. But Declan and Quinn have plans for these two desperate shifters. Sit back and enjoy Lynn Tyler’s latest short story in the bestselling Pack Mates series, Date Night.

PizzyGirl’sView:

This is the second short story that Ms. Tyler has published in her Pack Mates series and I am beginning to think she has a great talent for short and meaningful tales.

This story brings us back to Gray and Shannon. It shows what life is like for parents with young children. I really love this idea. Of showing a shifter pair in real life after the mating has taken place and showing that life is NOT PERFECT. Many shifter universes leave the HEA as the end all be all and the reader just assumes that life is always a bunch of roses. Well not so much with this pack. Shannon and Grey are desperate for some alone time and with the assistance of the Alpha and his mate, they get a night away from it all. I really liked this one. It was a short, but pertinent addition to this series. It added another level to this world that makes it more relatable and enjoyable.
