April Showers Bring May… Wishes? Aka: Readers Pick Review Books:

Readers Choose Books

So, here we are, PBA having celebrated its first anniversary with all of you, most of the reviewers having been doing just that for at least a bit of that first year. Hopefully, that’s translated into all of you getting to know us just as we’ve gotten to know some of you. You’ve gotten to see how each of us review, what we choose to highlight as important to share with you about our reading experiences, and very much enjoying discussing books together.

lots of books, see....

lots of books, see….

Here’s the idea: whether it’s an older title or a future release or anywhere in between, list one or ten or however many books, along with the reviewer for each title from whom you’d love to read the description of their reading experience. Scour your TBR lists and let’s play the match game!

My bet? Whomever of us reviewers receives a shout out, we might just choose one (or more, for our speedier readers in the reviewer group!) to review, giving a shout out right back to you for sharing your wish. 😀

You’re more than welcome to suggest any book that feeds your heart’s desire. Just know that we’re all more likely to choose books that haven’t yet been reviewed and received a chance for discussion.

Any questions, suggestions, etc., let us know.

I think it’s going to be fun to see what kind of match ups we get. 😀

HAVE AT IT!!!!!

And thank you!

  1. I love this idea! Come on readers, don’t be shy! Let us know what books you want to see reviewed and which reviewer you want to see take it on! We are always looking for more books to read (even with our TBR piles out of control) and are excited to know what you are curious about!

  2. Ok. I have to admit that I’m not sure if you covered these before, so bear with me. 🙂 I don’t have any particular reviewer in mind for any of these:

    – Bareback by Chris Owen
    – 911 by Chris Owen
    – Sex, Lies & Wedding Bells by EM Lynley
    – Killing Time by Jane Davitt, Alexa Snow
    – The Reluctant Wolf by Lisa Oliver
    – Eldridge’s Release by Evelise Archer
    – Every Move He Makes by Barbara Elsborg
    – The Fire Underneath by S.C. Wynne
    – Slow Burn by Sam B. Morgan
    – Feline Persuasion by Cheyenne Meadows
    – The Janitor by Jan Irving

    • Wow, Jen, thanks for the list! 😀

I started to do a search for each one and was coming up with nada LOL. I think I see some review titles in our future.

  3. Good choices!! I like the look of Every Move He Makes and The Reluctant Wolf….My TBR shelf never gets any smaller!

  4. I think I must get a lot of my books from your reviews as most I looked at for this had already been done! So, some I have that I couldnt see

    Swordplay, Chris T Kat
Not as Easy as it Looks, Jaime Samms
    The Red Heart, Isabelle Rowan
    The Blakely Affair, Alp Mortal

  5. What Ameliah said! 😀

It can be any type of LGBTQ* book, not solely romance. I still have a book of poetry I want to read for review LOL.

  6. Thanks for the suggestions guys. I have made note of all of them suggested to this point. Also you can use our suggestion box (linked above) to suggest more!
