Love—and desire—that’s out of this world…

It’s time to suit up, take those protein pills, and boldly come where no man has come before. Take a trip to the future, or do your bit for inter-planetary relations with some close encounters of a very unusual kind.

In this erotic science fiction triple feature you’ll meet a cat that’s anything but cute and cuddly, take a pill that’ll make you fall in love—for a night—and discover desire that transcends the limitations of a human body. It’s a brave new world as you explore the unknown in three short stories that push the boundaries of love in ways both thoughtful and tongue-in-cheek.

These stories have all been previously published, but are now available exclusively in this anthology.

My View:

Here is a trio of short, sci-fi romances that are entertaining and very easy to read. They were all published before, but now they are under one cover as part of a collection brought together by Josephine Myles and J.L. Merrow. It was the first time that I had read any of the stories so they were all new to me.  I am a big fan of both authors, and a huge sci-fi geek, so I was not surprised that I enjoyed this little gem quite a lot.

The three stories are…
Better Than Cola by J.L. Merrow
Insta-Love™ by Josephine Myles
Gifted in Tongues by J.L. Merrow

Each story is unique and has something creative to discover. I think that I enjoyed the third story, “Gifted in Tongues” the most. That being said each one was a bit sexy and amusing, and I think that all of the characters created for these stories were clever and original. Both of these authors are outstanding writers, and I appreciate their ability to create short stories that are satisfying and fun.  I appreciated this little collection and I enjoyed the fact that each story was different and unusual.  If you are a sci-fi fan and need a quick fix this mini-anthology is worth reading.
