Title: American Flyboy
Author: N.D. Clark
Publisher: Self Published
Cover Artist: Graphicxdesigns
Genre: Erotica, Gay Fiction, Historical, M/M Romance, Menage/Poly
American Flyboy is a highly readable, erotic M/M romance set amidst the backdrop of World War II.
The story is fast-paced and characterized by the believability of its characters, notably the protagonist, Lt. Kenneth Hellman, and the romance that develops between Kenneth and Colonel Wilhelm Braun. The erotic reader in search of well-nuanced, sexy love/lovemaking scenes will not be disappointed; the author is gifted with an affinity toward creating realistic, absorbing sex scenes.
1-Panthers in the Skins of Men by Charles Nelson. An erotic tale of a US Navy corpsman fresh from the Vietnam war who finds a way to seduce any man he desires, including a NJ State Trooper; the book excites me again and again, each and every time I read it.
2, 3, 4-The Boy I Love trilogy by Marion Husband. These three books are based in the WWI era, and the author does a wonder job of capturing character arcs throughout all three books in the series.
5-Rockets of the Reich by Kim Kinrade. The Nazis have a secret plan to attack the US by setting up rockets off the coast of Nova Scotia. An action packed page-turning thriller!
6-Semper Fi by Keira Andrews. Keira does an amazing job switching between timelines as Jim and Cal survive the horrific fighting on the small Pacific islands occupied by the Japanese in WWII to when they arrive back home and attempt to build a life together.
7-The Pining of Kevin Harding by Devon McCormack. A great vampire read about a young man recently turned but has no desire to hunt. Thrilling, suspenseful and sexy.
8-Into Deep Waters by Kaje Harper. Two young sailors meet aboard a Navy ship and survive a horrific disaster at sea, fall in love and go through the trials and tribulations of a young gay couple in the 1940’s all the way through to their golden years.
9-Wingmen by Ensan Case. The gay version of the 1978 movie Pearl with Angie Dickinson. Overall a fantastic read. The book is a little slow in developing the romance between a WWII pilot and his commander but will not disappoint the historical romance reader.
10-You’re Always in the Last Place You Look by T.N. Gates. Cowboy meets a city boy who has just been stung by a bee and is highly allergic; let the romance commence!
