Three gay couples run amuck in this short story where clothing, beds, even four walls are all optional!

Want to know what happened that night in the library?
Cirian and Rian had a fight in the library and Rian ends up naked on the desk, on his back, at Cirian’s mercy.

Want to know how far things went with ice cream?
A romantic evening by the fire feeding his husband ice cream leads to a lot more than heavy petting for Aiyan and Kaden.

Want to know what was going on when those birds fled?
Travelling hundreds of miles, battling the rebels and then travelling back to House Gaeland will take it out of you. But when Tanis wants something, he takes it. Raven is about to be bent over a tree!

A Note from the Author: I’ve taken three scenes from Opposites that were cut short and elaborated on the shenanigans that ensued. I also focused more in the beginning on the relationship between Cirian and Rian, to give readers a chance to get to know them and the inner workings of their relationship a little better.

**Warning, The Library is a novella set in the same world as Opposites. While the series itself contains explicit content by consenting, adult couples (including MM MF & FF) The Library is strictly a MM novella **

Story Review:

This novella fills in a few blanks from the first book in the series – all of which were rather hot and smexy moments that didn’t happen on page.

If painting your partners body with ice cream is your thing then spending time with Kaden and Aiydan when they are doing just that should make you happy. Once again they keep up with the tradition of smashing up furniture when things get hot and heavy between them as the lamp doesn’t survive this round.

Raven and Tanis are the couple we know least from the first book. Here we see them on the way home from rescuing Aiya when Raven has been left devastated and raw by his own actions. Tanis, for all his previous reputation as a cad, is gentle yet firm with him and discovers his lover has a bit of kink for being told what to do. Hopefully this will lead to an interesting storyline in the next book!

My favourites in this short story were Rian and Cirian. Although we met them in the first book we didn’t see too much on page interaction between them. That certainly changes here and they prove their love is still as fresh and hot as it was when they first got together. Intertwined with these moments is a glimpse into their pasts back to the days when they first got married and fell in love.

Now that I feel much more confident in all the characters and what they mean to each other I am really enjoying this series and I’m looking forward to reading Appearances – book 2 in the series.

Narration Review:

Greg Boudreaux….sigh. This man can do no wrong in my eyes, or ears, and I could sit and listen to him read menus! He hit the accents perfectly and made the characters come to life.
