  1. Argh! I forgot Sun Dried Tomatoes! I grow them in the garden and dry them in the oven… Little chewy bites of sunshine and happiness!

    Crunchy apples
    Dips with carrot sticks
    Salad with balsamic dressing
    And choclate has to be healthy, surely!!
