Topic: Favorite Healthy Snacks
We asked each of our reviewers to tell us about what are your five favorite healthy treats/snacks?
I dispute that there is such a thing as healthy treat ! Aren’t treats by their nature a little naughty ?
But snack wise:
Chilli seeds + dried fruit
Date, pumpkin and cocoa energy balls
Popcorn with nutritional yeast flakes sprinkled on
cottage cheese with Franks (Buffalo) Hot Sauce
peanut butter on raisin bread
sweet grape tomatoes
Veggies and hummus
Peanut butter and banana
Olives and pickles
Healthy? What is this thing called healthy? Here are the healthiest things I eat.
Sugar Free Amp
Sugar Free Rock Star
Raw almonds or walnuts
Sliced bell peppers
A spinach salad
Whole grain English muffin w/ preserves
Apples and peanut butter
So what are your Five Things???
