It’s time to learn the truth about what happened that day in The Cellar.

Taryn and Thanos are the formidable Ambassadors of House Orion. Taryn was born into power, bred from birth to lead the people of Greece along with his sister Theresa. Thanos was never a part of his mothers’ plan. The son of a fisherman was not a suitable match for the son of Greece as far as their mothers’ were concerned, but Taryn usually gets his way.

The Cellar is the story of how these two men met and fell in love, and what lengths Taryn went to, to ensure he kept his man. This novella also contains a more detailed accounting of what happened the night Raven and Tanis went for a walk on the beach, and the adult version of Mistletoe and Mayhem that was initially released as a free short through Goodreads.

The Cellar is much like the deleted scenes from your favorite movie. I’ve taken several scenes that were either cut short or removed from the book Appearances, and elaborated on them to create the short, sexy, and steamy novella.

The purpose of the Novellas

The purpose of the Novellas

Hello all, and thanks to the lovely crew here at PBA for hosting me today. The Cellar is the 2nd novella in my SciFi series, Opposites. Set some 200 years into the future, Opposites is set within a world where gay and lesbian coupling is the norm. Opposite sex relationships are forbidden, and yet, where there is a will there is a way.

This novella centers around the fathers of House Orion, how they met and fell in love. The story changes focus between the present day (in the books world of course) to the past when Taryn and Thanos first met. Readers that have read the novels in the series (Opposites and Appearances) have been teased about the event that took place in ‘the cellar’ that was the catalyst, so to speak, for Taryn and Thanos.

I wrote the two novellas in the series to date for a couple of reasons. First off, when I wrote Opposites and Appearances, I didn’t want to write Fifty Shades of Gay. So any on page sex that didn’t either add to or advance the story was removed. Some of the scenes though, I thought should be explored fully. Secondly, the novels remain centrally focused on the three younger couples… Aiyan and Kaden, Aiya with Sawyer and Maeve, as well as Raven and Tanis. The novellas are a way for me to give more insight into the relationships of the parents, without weighing down the stories with so much content on so many different pairings.

I hope this helps anyone that is indecisive on starting the books or the audiobooks, in what order they should be read etcetera. While I always encourage reading any series in order, the novellas are delicious little snacks that can be read of listened to in order to wet your appetite for more. Also, I’ll go ahead and put this out their now, Greg Boudreaux is as we speak putting his amazing skills as a narrator to work on Opposites, so the first full length novel in the series should be out on Audiobook in late August, or early September. And while I’m working on the next book in the All Cocks series right now, once that is wrapped up, I’ll start working on the 3rd book in the Opposites series, Snapped.

Again, thank you so much to PBA for hosting me today, and thank you to everyone that stopped by to read the post. Be sure to enter the giveaway below for a chance at a giftcard or some e-books!
