Spending the summer together on Fire Island brought Collin and Tanner closer than ever, but back in their conservative college town, challenges confront them at every turn.
As they search for their new normal in their old environment, Collin’s brother Sean surprises them with help when they need it most. But when word about their relationship gets out, trouble erupts with friends and family. When Collin’s relationship with Tanner becomes an issue in his brother’s custody battle and Tanner struggles with his feelings for a heartbroken Wendy, Collin wonders if everyone he cares about would be better off without him in the picture.
In order to save them both, Tanner must make it clear to Collin that their love for each other is all that matters.

This is the last story in the love life of Collin and Tanner and what an ending it is. You need to read the first two books in the series to enjoy this one and I recommend doing that so very much. The overall story is simply amazing and Collin and Tanner are an unforgettable couple. These guys are one of my all-time favorite MM couples.
In Moment of Clarity Collin and Tanner’s relationship is totally revealed to friends and family. A problem with their dorm leaves them homeless and they stay in a couple different places which causes problems. Living in an area of the country where homosexuality is pretty much accepted I forget that isn’t true everywhere. Collin and Tanner have to deal with how their relationship affects others including a truly bitchy sister-in-law.
There are times in the story where I was frustrated for Collin but it’s totally true to his character. His actions aren’t something that a fully mature adult would do but Collin is still young and impulsive. And even though his actions are kind of dumb they’re also totally selfless which is so very romantic.
I loved seeing Collin and Tanner together at the end. They may be young but I can still see Collin and Tanner making it for the long haul.
I haven’t read the fourth book in the series and am hoping it comes out on audio so I can give it a listen.
Robert Nieman did another great job again with Moment of Clarity. His voices remained consistent throughout the whole series and I never had trouble deciphering who was who.
I would like to thank the publisher for providing me with the audiobook of this title in exchange for my honest opinion.
