From the Publisher:
When an unexpected package is delivered on December 14th, Martin is more than a little intrigued by the contents—especially as they’re from his boyfriend, Dennis, and come with instructions to wear them when they go to dinner with Dennis’ parents the following night.
And that’s only the beginning of Dennis’ suggestive gifts.
The 12 Days of Dennis… hmm what can I say about this one? I really don’t know what I think about it. So lets start with the easiest question…
- Did I enjoy it? Yes I did.
- Was it what I expected? Not even remotely.
- Would I recommend it to my friends? Sure. If they are looking for a light holiday read, absolutely.
- What is my favorite thing about the book? It doesn’t take itself too seriously.
- What else did you like about it? It never does what I expect it to do. Every time I said “oh this is going to happen now”, I was wrong. This is NOT a bad thing 🙂
- Would you read more from this couple? Absolutely.
This one will likely get put into my December rotation of books. There is nothing momentous about it, but I enjoyed it non-the-less. If you are looking for a good light-hearted established couple holiday story, pick it up.
