Henderson is a small, old-fashioned town. Growing up here proved tough for Noah Nash, as he knew the truth he lived would never be accepted in this town, even by his family. To him, all he had was his keyboard.

Until one day, that all changed when Noah met Ronan Shea. Ronan’s confidence, wisdom and pride inspires Noah to finally, happily live his truth for the entire town to see.

This is a story of two young men and their journey to a relationship, fighting for equality and listening to their melody while striving to live in harmony.

My View

This book is about Noah and Ronan. Two young men just trying to find their way in the world. Noah who recently came out of the closet only to be promptly thrown out by his Mom. Noah feels all he has in life is his music, his apartment, and his job at the local bookstore. The bookstore owned by Ronan’s grandparents. Ronan who returns back home after being chased out years before for being gay. Can these men fight through all the hate and bigotry and be able to have a life together or will all their hopes, dreams and love not be enough for this backwards town?

What I liked most about this book was the way to two men unite to try to overcome so much. Ronan and Noah are a sweet, romantic and strong and determined couple. This book it a great read for readers young and old alike. It is a great G-rated M/M love story. If you are looking for a book for you or your young adult, Noah and Ronan’s journey might be just the right one for you.
